It's one nanogram per kilogram that can kill a human.   Every product has an expiry date. If we take that expire product we may effect with illness. And The product turns into poison. But If the poison expiry date was completed what happens ???   If the Poison’s the expiry date was completed, the power of the poison will be reduced, and there is no harmful to the person if they drink.                                                In some rare cases only, the poison was harmful.
